Flutter Developer (iOS/ Android/ Web)
Frontend | Part-time (up to 20h/week) | Remote | €900 - €1400 (gross)
Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Flutter Developer to join our fun little remote team, on a part-time basis of up to 20 hours per week. In this role, you will work with our designer and development team to build and maintain the Alp app. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, well-documented and tested Dart code, and for contributing ideas to all other areas of the startup. Working hours are 100% flexible and remote. We value results and drive over clocked-in hours. Depending on performance, this role can evolve into a more permanent, full-time and/ or more senior role and include variable compensation incl. equity awards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently studying towards a degree).
  • Some experience developing in Dart / Flutter (or related language) and mobile app development desirable.
  • BLoC, maps, NoSQL, Firebase, REST, Git, CI/CD and Fastlane experience desirable.
  • Problem-solving, testing, debugging and profiling skills desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Conversational English language skills.
  • Fun, can-do attitude and willingness to experiment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Alp app in iOS/ Android and Web.
  • Write clean, efficient, tested and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
  • Ensure that our applications meet the needs of our clients and are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile app development and technology.
Optional: Python and AI experience is also welcome for anyone interested in helping to build out our models.
Process
